Our Criteria

Moventis is seeking small to medium sized, mid-stage companies with revenues from $1 to 50 million, headquartered in North America. These companies operate in high growth, transforming sectors and exhibit the following criteria:

• Revenue and Profitability: Compelling products and revenues in the $1- $50 million range. Currently profitable or have the potential to become profitable within a short period of time.
  
  
• Market Position: Emerging leaders in a specific niche with a defendable market position and a solid, minimally concentrated customer base.
  
  
• Scalable: Scalable business models, proven productivity and the ability to thrive in a fast growing environment.
  
  
• Growth Potential: Operating in rapidly growing and transforming sectors or in more mature industries where accelerated growth can be realized through consolidation.
  
  
• Management Team: Strong and experienced management team with the energy and capacity to obtain an industry leadership position.

Moventis is particularly interested in companies that can serve as industry platforms and share synergies with existing portfolio companies. Most importantly, Moventis is focused on acquiring companies that offer the right mix of characteristics and potential for success.
